No picture / HDMI port
Black screen or no signal at the TV. Port reflow or full replacement, board-level.
Overheating and loud fan
Shutdowns mid-game and jet-engine noise. Deep clean, fresh thermal paste, fan replacement.
Won't power on
Blue Light of Death, no response at all, or a dead power supply unit.
Won't read discs
Discs eject, grind, or never mount. Drive repair plus laser and gear replacement.
Cracked or dead screen
Glass, digitiser or the full panel. Dead pixels and backlight faults included.
Battery won't hold charge
Dies within the hour, swells, or stops charging at a point. Replacement on most models.
Charging port damage
Loose cable, charges only at an angle, or refuses to charge at all.
Water or liquid damage
Ultrasonic clean and corrosion treatment. Bring it in fast — hours matter.

Do I have to bring my device to you?
No. We collect from your home or office anywhere in Dubai and deliver it back once it is repaired, free of charge. You are also welcome to walk into the Deira workshop.
Will you tell me the price before you start?
Always. Diagnosis is free. We tell you what is wrong and what it costs, and only proceed once you have agreed. Decide against it and you pay nothing.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are completed the same day, and common screen, battery and port jobs can be done while you wait. If a part has to be ordered we give you a timeframe before you commit.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes. Every repair carries a 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Keep the invoice — if the same fault returns in that window, bring it back.
Which devices do you repair?
Consoles, handhelds, phones, tablets and laptops — 12 device families in total, including PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, Steam Deck, ROG Ally, iPhone, iPad and MacBook.
Where in Dubai do you collect from?
