Repairs while you wait
Bring the device to the Deira workshop and, for most screen, battery and port jobs, you can wait for it. Board-level work we'll book in and call you. No appointment needed — but ring ahead if you're travelling across the city and we'll confirm we have the part.

How quickly will you get back to me?
During opening hours, usually within the hour. Anything sent after 9pm is answered first thing the next working day.
Do I have to bring the device to you?
No. We collect from your home or office anywhere in Dubai and deliver it back once it is repaired, free of charge. You are also welcome to walk into the Deira workshop.
Will you tell me the price before you start?
Always. We diagnose, tell you what is wrong and what it costs, and only proceed once you have said yes. If you decide not to go ahead, you pay nothing.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are done the same day, and common screen, battery and port jobs can be done while you wait. If a part has to be ordered we will give you a timeframe up front.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes — 90 days on parts and labour. Keep the invoice; if the same fault returns in that window, bring it back and we will put it right.
Do you sell parts on their own?
Yes. Browse the parts catalogue and message us on WhatsApp for availability and a price, or ask us to fit it for you.
