What iPads Come In For

Cracked Screen

On older iPads the glass is a separate layer and can be replaced on its own. On Air and Pro models it is laminated to the display, so the whole assembly goes.

Battery Won't Last

An afternoon instead of days of standby. iPad batteries are heavily glued, which makes this a slower job than the same repair on a phone.

Charging Port Failing

Charges at an angle or has stopped entirely, across both Lightning and USB-C models. Very often compacted pocket lint rather than a dead port, and we check that first because it costs nothing.

Liquid Damage

Bring it in quickly and do not charge it. Ultrasonic cleaning works far better in the first hours than after days.

Sound And Microphone

Distorted playback, one speaker silent, or callers saying they cannot hear you. Usually the module rather than the board, which keeps it a straightforward repair.

Camera Faults

Blurry stills, a shaking lens or a black viewfinder. Dust behind the rear glass is common on tablets carried loose in bags.

Touch ID And Face ID

Both are paired to the logic board at the factory. A donor part will not restore either — we will tell you that before you pay for anything.

Wi-Fi And Bluetooth

Dropping the network close to the router as well as far from it points at the tablet rather than your broadband.

Touch Not Responding

Dead zones or ghost touches with the picture still perfect usually means the digitiser or its connector rather than the display itself, and the two are priced very differently.

Stuck In Recovery Or Restore Loops

An iPad that fails partway through every restore, or boots to the cable screen and stays there. Sometimes genuinely software — and when it is, we say so.

Construction varies more across the iPad range than most people expect, and it changes what a repair costs. The standard iPads keep a separate glass layer that can be replaced on its own; Air and Pro models laminate the glass to the display, so a crack means the whole assembly. We confirm exactly which model you have before quoting anything, because guessing wrong on an iPad is expensive.

Tested, Then Brought Back

Once finished the iPad is tested properly — touch across the whole panel, cameras, sound and charging — then delivered back anywhere in Dubai. Every repair carries 90 days on parts and labour.

Which iPads do you repair?

Why is an iPad screen dearer than a phone screen?

Size and construction. On Air and Pro models the glass is laminated to the display, so a crack means replacing the whole assembly rather than a layer of glass.

Can I wait while you repair it?

Sometimes, but tablets are slower to open and reseal than phones. We would usually rather book yours in than rush it.

Where exactly are you?

One workshop, in Deira — Bin Thani Building, Murshid Bazar. Or we collect free from anywhere in Dubai if coming in is awkward.

My Touch ID stopped working after a repair elsewhere.

Touch ID is paired to the logic board at the factory, so it cannot be restored with a donor part. Any shop claiming otherwise is not being straight with you.

Is the repair guaranteed?

Every repair carries 90 days on parts and labour. Keep the invoice and bring it back if the same fault returns.

How long will it take?

Most screen and battery work is same-day once we have the part. Board-level repairs take longer because they need proper testing afterwards rather than a quick power-on.

It got wet. Worth bringing in?

Yes, and fast — do not charge it. We will be straight about the odds before starting rather than after taking your money.

Do you charge to look at it?

No. Diagnosis is free and carries no obligation, so you get the fault and the price before deciding anything.

It only charges at a certain angle.

Usually compacted lint in the port rather than a failed connector. We clear and test that first, because it costs nothing and fixes a good number of them.
