Apple Watch Repair in Dubai — Deira Workshop
Screens, batteries and sensors on every Series from 2 to 10, plus Ultra and SE. Watches are the fiddliest devices we open — the display is bonded and the seal has to be remade properly afterwards — so this is bench work at Deira rather than a while-you-shop job.

What Watches Come In For
The faults we actually see on Apple Watch in Dubai
Cracked Screen
The commonest job by far. The glass is bonded to the display, so a crack means the assembly rather than a layer of glass.
Battery Won't Last
Half a day instead of two. If the screen has started to lift at one edge the cell has swollen and is pushing it off — stop wearing it and bring it in.
Touch Not Responding
Dead areas or ghost touches with the picture still perfect usually means the digitiser layer rather than the whole display.
Sensors Not Reading
Heart rate, blood oxygen or ECG failing. The sensor array sits in the back crystal, so this often means the rear of the watch rather than the front.
Water Ingress
Water resistance is a seal, and seals age. A watch that has been opened before, or dropped hard, loses it — which is how a swim-rated watch ends up full of water.

Pairing And Connectivity
Dropping the phone connection, or cellular models losing signal. We test the watch separately from the phone so the fault lands in the right place.
Charging Problems
A watch that will not take a charge is often the puck or the cable rather than the watch, and we check the cheap possibility first.
Running Slowly
Older watches genuinely do slow under newer watchOS. We will tell you honestly when the answer is a battery and when it is simply the age of the hardware.
Getting Hot
Issues with the speaker or microphone can affect calls and notifications, often due to dust, water, or hardware failure.
Overheating
A watch warm on the wrist or hot on the charger usually points at the battery, and a swelling cell will lift the screen before long.
Find Your Watch
Pick your model below. Screen and battery parts differ by Series and by case size, and the 40mm and 44mm versions of the same Series are not interchangeable — so tell us both when you book.

Apple Watch Series 10
Screens and batteries, as with the rest of the range. Newer models mean newer parts, occasionally to order.
BOOK NOW
Apple Watch Ultra 2
Titanium case and a much larger battery. The flat sapphire front survives drops better than the standard range.
BOOK NOW
Apple Watch SE
No always-on display and no blood oxygen sensor, which makes it one of the simpler watches to work on.
BOOK NOW
Apple Watch Hermès Ultra 2
Mechanically identical to the Ultra 2 underneath — the difference is the strap and the finish, so repairs and parts are the same.
BOOK NOW
Apple Watch Series 9
Screens and batteries mostly. Old enough now that worn cells are becoming the common complaint rather than accidents.
BOOK NOW
Apple Watch Series 8
Adds the temperature sensor to the array in the back crystal. Screens and batteries remain the usual work.
BOOK NOW
Apple Watch Series 7
The larger 41mm and 45mm cases arrive here. Cracked fronts and tired batteries in roughly equal measure.
BOOK NOW
Apple Watch Series 6
Blood oxygen arrived with this Series, and its sensor sits in the back crystal rather than the display.
BOOK NOW
Apple Watch Series 5
The first with an always-on display, which is harder on the battery — worn cells are the usual reason these come in.
BOOK NOW
Apple Watch Series 4
The redesign with the bigger screen. Now old enough that swollen batteries lifting the display are common.
BOOK NOW
Apple Watch Series 3
Cellular models lose signal as the antenna ages. Screens and batteries otherwise, and parts are getting scarcer.
BOOK NOW
Apple Watch Series 2
The oldest we still take on. Parts availability is the limit here rather than the work, and we check before you travel.

Apple Watch Questions Answered
Where exactly are you in Dubai?
Where exactly are you in Dubai?
One workshop, in Deira — Bin Thani Building, Murshid Bazar. Or we collect free from anywhere in Dubai if coming in is awkward.
Can a cracked Apple Watch screen actually be replaced?
Can a cracked Apple Watch screen actually be replaced?
Yes, though the glass is bonded to the display, so the assembly goes rather than just the glass. It is the most common repair we do on these.
My battery lasts half a day now.
My battery lasts half a day now.
That is a worn cell, and replacement restores the runtime. If the screen has begun lifting at an edge, the battery has swollen — bring it in sooner rather than later.
What do you repair on these?
What do you repair on these?
Screens, batteries, the sensor array in the back crystal, charging faults and water damage. Straps and cosmetic case wear we do not.
How long does it take?
How long does it take?
Usually a day rather than an hour. The seal has to be remade properly after the watch is opened, and that is not a step worth rushing.
What parts do you use?
What parts do you use?
Original where obtainable, quality equivalents where not, and we tell you which you are getting before the repair rather than after.
What will it cost?
What will it cost?
It depends on the Series and the fault, so we will not quote before looking. Diagnosis is free and the price is agreed first.
It went in the sea. Anything you can do?
It went in the sea. Anything you can do?
Bring it in fast and do not put it on the charger. Salt water is far more aggressive than fresh, and the first hours matter more than anything else.
Do you work on the Ultra and the newest Series?
Do you work on the Ultra and the newest Series?
Yes, alongside the older ones. Newer parts occasionally need ordering, and we will say so before you commit rather than after.

Usually a flat or failed battery, sometimes the charging path. Both are diagnosed free before you decide anything.
